Relaxinésie®, global relaxation through movement

This amazing technique for relaxation and getting in shape (similar to Thai massage, yet adapted to our culture) is based on the idea of letting go, passive mobilization and soft stretching.

It entails mobilizing the different parts of the body one after the other and, in the framework of a session, encompasses a massage of the extremities (feet, hands and head) leading to complete relaxation and affording an immediate feeling of well-being. This original method, preferably practiced on the floor, is easy to do, progressive, creative and very pleasurable. Furthermore, it is particularly effective and highly appreciated.

Stretch-massage is an ideal complement to Relaxinésie® because once the different parts of the body become relaxed, they can be stretched more effectively.

Comparable to highly popular oriental techniques from Japan, Korea and Thailand, this method stimulates and regulates energy circulation along the meridians.

Having largely proven its efficiency with the general public, Relaxinésie® is easy to do and remarkably effective against the most common ailments, providing immediate and sustainable recovery.

Joël Savatofski, the founder of the Institut de Formation et de Recherches Pédagogiques sur le Toucher-Massage and creator of this method, defines Relaxinésie® as a relaxation massage technique.

During a session of about 50 minutes, people wear comfortable clothing (gym pants or leggings).
